Refund & Billing Policy

Online payment is not yet switched on. The prices on the site are the published prices for when it is; until then no charge is taken through iPandith. This policy describes the rules that will apply.

1. Prices and currency

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are shown before you buy.

2. One-time pack and subscriptions, labelled before purchase

Trial Pack is a one-time purchase of 3 full readings. It does not renew. It expires after 3 readings or 90 days from purchase, whichever comes first, after which your account stays readable for 180 days.
Pro and Astrologer are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically each month at the price shown until you cancel.

3. Cancelling

Cancel a subscription any time from your account settings; it takes no more steps than subscribing did. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and nothing more is charged.

4. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of a purchase, provided no reading has been generated on that purchase. Readings and tokens that have been consumed are not refundable: generation starts work on our side and with our AI providers the moment you confirm it. Refunds are issued by our team to the original payment method, never for more than the amount actually charged, and normally within 10 business days of approval.

5. Proration and price changes

Moving from the Trial Pack to a subscription starts the subscription immediately; unused trial readings are not converted to money. We give at least 30 days' notice by email before a subscription price changes; the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry and let you know. If it still fails, the subscription pauses at the end of the paid period; your data is kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Statutory rights unaffected

Nothing here limits refund or withdrawal rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded, including the EU and UK 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content not yet supplied and Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
