Terms of Use
1. The contract
These terms are a contract between you and Ayraa Informatics Inc. (1251 King St W, Toronto, ON, M6K 1G7, Canada), the company that operates iPandith. By creating an account or accepting these terms on the screen we show you, you agree to them. If you use iPandith for clients in a professional capacity, you accept them for yourself and your practice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, keep the details on your account accurate, and tell us at contact@ipandith.com if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. What iPandith is
iPandith computes Vedic astrological charts from birth data you enter and generates AI-assisted interpretations grounded on those charts. Readings are for guidance and reflection only. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and nothing in them is a prediction or a guarantee. The Disclaimer and the AI Policy are part of these terms.
5. Your content stays yours
The birth data, client records, notes and questions you enter, and the readings generated for you, are yours. You give us only the licence we need to store, process and display them to you and to generate readings from them. We do not use your content to train AI models and do not share it beyond the providers named on the Third-Party Services page.
When you enter another person's birth data, you confirm you have a lawful basis to do so and that you will handle their information in line with the privacy law that applies to you. Each workspace's data is isolated from every other workspace.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use iPandith to harass, intimidate, defraud or harm anyone, or enter someone's birth data to do so;
- present a reading as a certain prediction of a person's future, health, death or fortune;
- scrape, probe, overload or attempt to bypass the security or plan limits of the service;
- resell access, share an account, or reverse-engineer the software;
- submit prompts intended to make the AI produce unlawful, hateful or deceptive content.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, after notice where practical.
7. Plans, tokens and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars before you buy. The Trial Pack is a one-time purchase of 3 full readings; it does not renew and expires after 3 readings or 90 days, whichever comes first. Pro and Astrologer are monthly subscriptions that renew until you cancel; cancel any time from your account and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Readings consume tokens from your balance when generation starts; a consumed token is not returned. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Billing Policy. Online payment is not yet switched on; until it is, no charge is taken through the site.
8. Intellectual property
The iPandith software, models, designs and brand belong to Ayraa Informatics Inc. and its licensors. Readings generated for you are yours to use with your clients.
9. Warranty disclaimer
iPandith is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that readings are accurate, that the service is uninterrupted, or that it meets a particular purpose. Astrology is an interpretive practice; AI output can be wrong.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ayraa Informatics Inc. is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, or for decisions you or your clients make in reliance on a reading, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Statutory rights unaffected. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be excluded, including in Quebec, the EU, the UK and Australia. Where a limitation above would be void against you, it does not apply.
11. Indemnity
If you use iPandith in breach of section 5 or 6 and a third party claims against us as a result, you will cover the losses and reasonable costs that claim causes us.
12. Termination
You can stop using iPandith at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
13. Governing law and forum
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, and disputes go to the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.
14. Changes
Every version of these terms has a number and an effective date. A material change is published as a new version and you are asked to accept it before continuing; we do not treat silence or continued use as acceptance of a material change.
